NO! Your Branding Title and your focused and concise summary with your value proposition will communicate your career focus. Basically, it's already implied by your application for the job. 

Your resume typically goes about 10 years back; however, you can reference earlier experience with a short entry entitled: Previous Relevant Career Experience. You can include 1 or 2 lines of accomplishments from previous jobs here.  

70% of the focus is on your current position, so if you have some gaps in employment, the Hybrid/Combo format would be the best format for you to use. Address gaps as needed with entries to include: Student/Family Administrator/Volunteer / Coach / Cared for Family Members. 

If you are unable to find/remember dates for employment in some jobs, you can just list months. Make sure to check old tax returns, or talk with a close friend/family member who may be able to fill in some of the pieces you missed.
